About Us

Pelvic floor PT is a specialized form of physical therapy focused on the muscles at the base of your pelvis that help support your internal organs, help maintain continence, and make up an important part of your core stability. They also play an important role in your sexual health and wellness.

Unfortunately, research shows that up to 60% of adult women experience any form of urinary incontinence. While this is common, it is not normal, and it is treatable.

Who can benefit?

Pelvic health throughout the lifespan is incredibly important.

People of all ages can struggle with pelvic floor issues. These can become more pronounced in people who are pregnant, recently postpartum, or peri/postmenopausal. Targeted exercises, manual therapy, education, and relaxation techniques can all improve symptoms and overall quality of life.

Providing assistance during pregnancy, preparing for labor, reviewing birthing positions, and helping you coordinate your care plan with a doula/midwife can help return autonomy to a day that can feel very out of your control.

Payment structure

In order to provide the highest standard of care, we are an out-of-network provider. However, this does not mean you cannot receive compensation from your insurance after services have been rendered. We will send out an itemized receipt to submit to insurance for out of network benefits. We are happy to verify your insurance for you.

As access to quality care is our priority, sliding scale payment is available.
